Hello Manayunk, 

The City of Philadelphia has announced [1] that effective today, March
2nd, the Mask Mandate has been dropped as the city has moved into the
"All Clear" Phase. 

A few things to note: 

 	* Businesses may still require stricter guidance than the City of
Philadelphia (ex: Vaccine or Mask Requirements)
 	* Higher risk settings like schools, healthcare settings, and public
transit will still require masking.
 	* Should case counts rise again, the city can return to mask
requirements and other mandates.
