Along with Jazz in the Park, Councilman Jones' crew will be demonstrating the new voting machines.</p> <p>If you weren't able to come out to our demonstration at the North Light Community Center back in July, here's another opportunity.</p> <p>The new machines feature a paper ballot for validation and recounts. You place your vote on a large touch screen that is organized similar to the old machines. Your vote is printed onto paper which you can review and approve. If you approve, the paper is saved in the machine.
