font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Our discussion will focus on the state constitutional amendment process.</span></p> <p><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">There have been 70 proposed constitutional amendments introduced so far this legislative session. Utilizing this process to this degree is very concerning. If a constitutional amendment passes two sessions of the General Assembly, then it goes on the ballot for the voters to decide.
