<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">PHILADELPHIA</span></b><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> – An update to the work schedule for the Lincoln Drive Restoration Project includes a new series of closures
to allow for roadway improvements and the installation of impact attenuators, weather permitting, announced Streets Commissioner Carlton Williams.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">A full, temporary closure is scheduled for Saturday, May 4<sup>th</sup> between Ridge and Wissahickon Avenues for roadway improvements, asphalt adjustments and the installation of impact
attenuators. The closure is in effect for both directions from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes such as Walnut Lane and Schoolhouse Lane during this time frame. Detour routes will not be posted for the duration of the
closure. Should the work be completed sooner, the roadway restrictions will be lifted accordingly.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Weekday, overnight closures are scheduled for the next two weeks beginning Monday, May 6<sup>th</sup> to allow the contractor to perform milling and paving operations as well as install
new guide rail along the corridor.</span> <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">
The overnight closures will between Wissahickon and Wayne Avenues from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday through Thursday nights.</span>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">These temporary closures will allow Streets Department employees and its contractors to safely access and assess multiple areas of the roadway. This work has been scheduled on Saturday and
evening hours to provide the best protection for employees, expedite repairs and minimize the disruption to motorists.
