house culture. Conditioned on foraged wild American plum (Prunus
americana). 

--Nebulae - Strawberry/rhubarb (4.0%) - Mixed fermentation sour ale
brewed with Pennsylvania grown Pilsner, wheat malt, and wildflower honey
from StellaLou Farm. Conditioned on locally grown strawberries
(Wildemore Farm, Chalfont, PA) and rhubarb (Green Meadow Farm, Gap, PA).


--Saison Millefleur (6.2%) sour - A blend of neutral oak aged saisons
with parts up to 13 months old. Conditioned with elderberry blossoms and
dry hopped with Saaz. Earthy and has a slight spice mid palate. 

--Picea (6.4%) Spruce ale inspired by Scandinavian farmhouse ales.
Fermented with a Norwegian farmhouse yeast strain (Kveik). Features
locally foraged spruce tips. Well-balanced and malt ale with subtle
notes of citrus and pine. 

--Fera Fortuna (4.4%) - collab beer. Mixed fermentation wild ale, brewed
with pilsner and raw wheat, with copious amount of honey added the
primary fermentation. A long boil caramelized the wort, deepening the
color and adding some Maillard character. Triple pearl hops contribute
subtle bitterness and orange blossom notes. Fermented with a blend of
Kirk Schllinger's house culture, resulting in a dry and funky ale with
notes of stone fruit, grapefruit pith, and soft, lemon acidity.
