WHO? is a suspense filled drama that will have viewers gasping, and
anticipating and questioning the character's next moves!  

Join us for a FREE concert on Friday, February 2nd at 7:30 pm when the
Roxborough Orchestra [3] will perform works from Haydn and Beethoven. 

Tubby Robot [4] is partnering with us and PPG E-Sports to bring you
Super Smash Yunkers, a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament right here
in Manayunk! 

This is your chance to meet and compete with local gamers on the biggest
stage in the neighborhood. Spectators are welcome and encouraged, and
there will also be open gaming stations for everyone to enjoy on the
periphery.

Winter & Spring Sessions with Miss Molly 

Miss Molly's Music Classes are based in music appreciation, learning
rhythms, incorporating elements of early childhood education into music,
and most of all FUN! Children's instruments are provided for all
attendees.  

Lil' Noisemakers (ages 0-2) 

Tuesday at 12pm 

Toddling Troubadours (ages 2-4) 

Tuesday at 1pm 

Winter 2 Session: Jan 16th - Mar 5th 

Spring: March 19th - May 7th

Auditions for our children's theatre program upcoming production,
"Battle of the Aesops". will be held on Sat, Jan. 27, 12-2pm and Tues.,
Jan. 30th 6-8pm. Children 7+, teens and adults are invited to audition
for a fun exploration of how Aesops fables came to be. This is a
non-union, unpaid experience- enthusiasm but no experience required. 

Rehearsals are Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 6:30p-8pm, and
Saturdays (between 11a-4pm, exact times to be determined, depending on
conflicts). Performances will be mid-March. 

Venice Island PAC Family Choir 

The choir begins on Monday, January 22, 2024. No experience necessary! 

Rehearsals will be on Mondays from 5:30 until 7pm through April 8, 2024
at Venice Island PAC at 7 Lock Street, Phila., PA 19127. 

There is no cost for this program, but online and written registration
forms [7] are required. 

The program will be run by the Performing Arts Office of Philadelphia
Parks and Recreation. 

Venice Island Walking Group 

Venice Island is starting a Walking Group! There is easy access to the
Canal Towpath and Schuylkill River Trail alongside the theater we would
like to utilize to its fullest. Please fill out a short survey [8] to
help us determine interest. We would like to start the group in April
when it starts to get nicer out and will be lighter later.

The Sing Us Home Festival [9] returns to Venice on May 3-5, 2024! Mark

enjoy three days of great music at this WXPN [11] Welcomes Event! 

Venice Island is able to provide low or no cost programming
opportunities for youth and families, as well as be a competitively
priced theatre and recreation space for the community. Your financial
