The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old missing person Monica Robinson. She was last seen on Thursday July 20, 2023, at 5:00PM, on the 47xx block of Smick St.

She is 5”3, 140 lbs., medium build, olive complexion and was last seen wearing a black short sleeve T-shirt and Blue/Purple pants.
