Good Afternoon Community Members, 

THE 5TH DISTRICT AND ITS PDAC WILL BE HOSTING A "HEALTH FAIR" ON
SATURDAY, MAY 14TH FROM 10:00 AM TO 2:00 PM. The outstanding healthcare
providers at Roxborough Hospital will be present and offering free
glucose tests, blood pressures, etc. We will also be blocking off the
400 block of Cinnaminson St (next to District) and having a bounce house
for kids, bbq, and music. I will be calling in Nutritionist, Mental
health Professionals, Smoothie Cart, Gym Memberships,  Substance Abuse
professionals, Dentists, Yoga Instructors, etc. This will be a Health
Fair for all. We hope to see you there! Please feel free to share this
flyer and if anyone is interested in setting up an Informational table
