Central Roxborough Civic Association is holding their monthly meeting tonight at 7:30pm via Zoom.

There are two zoning cases on the docket that overlay with Manayunk Neighborhood Council.

348 Green Lane (corner of Green Lane and Manayunk Avenue): variance to subdivide this historically designated property.
There will be a review of proposed houses to be built in the rear yard of 348 Green (NW corner of Manayunk and Green). This property, including its perimeter walls is designated historic by the Philadelphia Historic Commission. There is considerable neighbor concern about the outcome of this zoning variance appeal.
