[MNC-list] Absentee [OR MAIL-IN] Ballots for the PA Primary June 2, 2020

As someone has kindly pointed out,  there are two kinds of ballots 

 	* Absentee ballots, for which some excuse for being out of state is
required.
 	* Mail In ballots, for which no excuse or reason is required.

Both types are available at the links provided below. 

Don't wait to the last minute as the state offices are likely to be
overwhelmed with all kinds of requests.
