As some of you may have heard, past MNC president and neighborhood activist Kathy Tomosky passed away on June 21, 2019.  Kathy was president of MNC for 1998 and 1999.

Her passing was announced by 21st ward democratic leader Lou Agre

21st Ward Political warrior Kathy Tomosky passed away yesterday. ought many
a battle for our Neighborhood! She went Back to the Councilman Al Pearlman
Ann Land days She walked the walk not only talked the talk !!! If she was
in the community meeting you knew she was there ! Speaking for the
neighbors and neighborhood she loved and cared about so much . She would
travel to State Capital and the U. S. Capital to voice her concerns One of
her epic fights was to get rid of welfare liens by the state. To her family
our whole neighborhood wishes you peace and comfort knowing she dedicated
her whole life to public service and serving the less fortunate God bless
you and yours our political and personal friend
