[MNC-list] Plan Philly / Venice Island Flooding

Reporter Jake Blumgart, from Plan Philly, is doing an article about
Venice Island and flooding, etc..

He is looking to interview someone with direct experience with flooding
on Venice Island.  I.e. maybe someone living in Venice Lofts during
Hurricane Irene (August 27, 2011) or the heavy rain induced flooding May
1, 2014.
